Middle Hitters Only Option:
Dates: Tuesday/Thursday July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31

Times: 8-10pm

Cost: $250

This session is only for players that recognize the important contributions
that the MIDDLE HITTERS provide to the team's offense and defense.
We have put together 8 two hour sessions that will concentrate on:

1. Blocking-footwork and hands

2. Hitting "A's, B's, Slides, Crosses"
We will cover all the plays that middles will run through HIgh School

3. Precision serving

4. Playing defense afer your serve

We will concentrate on the details of each of these 4 middle skills in a high energy format.
The two hours will be evenly split between Offense and Defense.
The group will also work with Speed, Inc. to increase speed and vertical jumping.
The vertical block jump will be measured three times to gauge improvement.
