Notice to ALL Junior Players and their Parents/Guardians:

In order to attend a tryout for ANY USAV Great Lakes Region Junior Club that takes place prior to November 1st, Junior athletes must be registered with the USAV Great Lakes Region for the 2011-2012 season (a limited tryout membership or a full membership will be available) OR show proof of registration from the previous season. 

Go to the Great Lakes Region website at http://www.greatlakesvolleyball.org  for complete step by step instructions.

Previously registered athletes are ENCOURAGED to print out their membership card from the 2011-2012 season to take with them to ANY tryout they wish to go to in order to show proof of membership.  The link to print the membership card can be found among the left hand choices on the screen when in your USAV Webpoint account. 

Athletes attending TRYOUTS taking place AFTER November 1^st MUST show proof of registration for the 2012 season. 

NO EXCEPTIONS!
