12 & Under Program Information:

12U Club Teams General Info
-2-3 teams of 10-12 players.
-Head coach for each team with additional assistant coaches.
-Head coaches- Brian Amsler, Meg Holland. Third coach tba'd if needed.

-Practice twice a week: Fridays 7:30-9:30pm and Sundays 6-8pm.
-Compete in Windy City Power League- 1/14-15, 2/11-12, 3/3-4, 4/14, 4/28.
-Final tournament- Walker Invite 5/4.
-Team breakdown is by skill/experience level.
-Season runs from Dec. 2nd to May 4th. See Calendar
-No travel anticipated.
-Cost: $850 + $145 new player uniform or $40 returning player uniform.

-Registration is ongoing. Openings will be filled on first come, first serve basis.
-Parent/Player meeting- Thurs, Nov 17th in the cafeteria at Walker Athletics (4925 Indiana Ave, Lisle) at 7pm.
Players will try on unifoms, we will talk briefly about the season. Families that attended the 10/1 meeting do not need to attend.

-Payment Options:
1- Full payment of $850 + uniform  or

2- $400 + uniform due now + post dated checks for $225 each dated 11/15/11 & 12/15/11

USAV Membership Instructions

NOTICE TO ALL:  All individuals MUST have a CURRENT PAID membership before they can participate in ANY club activity for the 2011-2012 season. THIS INCLUDES CLINICS, TRYOUTS AND PRACTICES!! All junior players must print a copy of their confirmation page or membership card and present it, at each tryout they attend. Membership cards will be available for printing after your registration fee has been paid and your account has been activated.  Those that were members of a USAV Junior Club in the 2011 season are still members up until Oct 31st, 2011.   Therefore, all you need to do in order to tryout for any USAV Junior Club is to show proof of last years membership.  NEW members must at least have a TRYOUT membership which is offered for $5 in order to cover the individual with insurance during the tryout sessions.
