Earned BA in Psychology and BPA- Business & Public Administration from Governors State University plus AAS- Marketing Management from Prairie State University. Coaching experience includes 14 years College, NAIA, 9 years Junior National teams with 2nd City and Sunsetters. Three years coaching Great Lakes Youth Volleyball, 2 years Corporate Challenge, Grass/Coed/Quads. Played: 14 years USVBA-A,AA, 3 years College Men's Club, 2 years Chicago Invitational Coed Champions, 2 years Prairie State Games. Two years experience as Volleyball Coordinator at St. Joseph School and in 7th year as head coach in DuPage Parochial League. Took 2003 Sunsetters 17 Black team to Nationals and coached 2004-2006 Sunsetters 16 Black teams which included a 2nd place finish in 2004 at the Asics Junior National Volleyball Championship. Also coached the 2005 15 Purple team. Coached our IPV 14 Red and Developmental team in 2007 and 16HP team in 2008. Experience running and assisting in local volleyball camps and lead instructor for IPV private/group lessons. Impact and Cap I, II & III certified. Graduated from University of Iowa in 2005 with a History Major and Entrepreneurial Business. Played club volleyball for 8 years with Up and Over, Sports Performance and Sunsetters as a setter and right side. Played varisty volleyball 3 years at Downers Grove North High School, Sophomore team Freshman year. Assistant coach at St. Joseph Parochial School in Downers Grove in 2005, 2007 & 2008 and now plays recreational adult volleyball. Coached 14U team at Sunsetters in 2006, IPV 13 Red team in 2007 & 2008 and IPV 15HP in 2009 & 2010. Impact certified. 

Graduated from North Central College with a Computer Science Major.  Played high school volleyball at West Chicago HS.  Played varsity all 4 years and finished 4th in state my senior year.  Played in leagues at Great Lakes, Itasca, Downers Grove, and Wheaton Academy.  In summers I play beach volleyball at Four Lakes and in tournaments at North Avenue Beach.  I also play USAV and have gone to nationals the past 4 years with this past year finishing 5th in 'A'.  I have experience playing middle, right side, and outside positions. I coached Sophomore girls 2005 & 2006 and JV boys at 2005 for West Chicago HS.  I coached summer camps for Sports Performance.  Last year I coached 13 Navy for IPV.  Impact certified.

Katie Matt started her volleyball career here in the area. She played at Neuqua Valley High school and played competitive club in the area. She played at Augustana College as a middle hitter. She has been coaching for 7 years. She coached in the Iowa region during college for 16-U, 17-U, 14-U, and 12-U. She was the assistant varsity volleyball coach last year at a school in Iowa. Now she teaches at Bartlett High School coaching boys volleyball and assisting with girls volleyball. This year she will be working with the 18-U boys team, and assisting with girls programs.

Graduated from Carthage College with a Bachelors degree in Math and Computer Science. Played volleyball throughout High School and then on intramurals and a club team in College. Currently I play in adult volleyball leagues around the area, I played USAV for 3 years as a middle hitter. I am currently a Senior Software Engineer for ITG Derivatives, a Brokerage company specializing in electronic trading. Coached at the 14U level for the girls program for the past 3 years. Now coaching Boys for the 2011 season.  Impact certified (Nov.07).  

Graduated from Eastern Illinois University B.A.S.  13+ year career at Tellabs (Naperville) in Global Sales Operations/Compensation. Proud mom of one daughter. Played volleyball junior - senior high as an outside hitter. Member of Lisle Sr. High team: State Championship & 3rd place consecutive titles. Played club ball with the former West Suburban Volleyball club. Brings over 20 years of volleyball experience. Jamie attends North Central College in Naperville in Elementary Education. She has played volleyball since 4th grade and began playing club in 9th grade for Chicago Jrs ad Celtic Force as an 18U where she played all around right side and outside hitter. Jamie is currently a defensive specialist with the North Central team. She has worked camps at her highschool and college. This is Jamie's third year coaching at IPV in the 17/18's. Impact certified.

Currently attending North Central College in Naperville with an intended major in Mathematics, Psychology, and Secondary Education. Coached Lions Juniors 12 & Unders for two seasons before coming to IPV where she has coached 12's and 16's teams. Has experience playing libero and setter at Bremen High School in Midlothian, IL where she was captain of the team her junior and senior year. She also received All-Conference honors her junior and senior year as well as All-Tournament team selections. Played for 2nd City Volleyball Club 12U, 13U, 14U, and 15U. Played for Lions VBC 16U, 17U, 18U. Impact Certified.

 Molly graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Molly played four years of club volleyball for IVVP throughout high school. She received a volleyball scholarship and played her first year in college. Molly has coached all ages from 10 to 17 year olds. She started off coaching 6^th-8^th grade for a middle school in her home town. Once at college, she headed a volleyball camp for 3^rd-6^th graders for the City of Ames . She also coached 16s & 17s IHVA club volleyball while at college. She currently has a career at Unilever Foodsolutions working on ingredients and label compliance. Impact certified (Feb. 09)

Ernie joined IPV in 2008 to coach the Volleylites and 12 Silver teams. Currently coaching our 13 Red team and Volleylites/12U Spring team. Ernie also coached for 2nd City Volleyball Club back in the day.

Tim started his volleyball career at Neuqua Valley High school where he received All-Conference, All-City, and All-Area. During his time in high school he taught Volleyball
lessons to players ranging from k-8^th grade. After High school he was recruited to Saint Ambrose University. He was the Head Coach of the North Scott Twisters (Eldridge, Iowa) where he has coached 13s, 14s, and 15s.  He currently plays in adult AVP and EVP tournaments.

Played volleyball, basketball, softball and ran track in high school. Graduated from Western Illinois University where she played and coached Club volleyball. After graduating Jamie worked at Addison Trail high school and coached the sophomore basketball team then moved over to Glenbard South high school this year and coached volleyball at the freshman level. Now in her 5th season as a head coach at Illinois Performance Volleyball (IPV), Jen has earned the admiration and respect of all IPV players and has developed a reputation as one of the toughest (and loudest) coaches in the gym.  One of IPV’s veteran coaches, Jen has a solid background in both coaching and playing.  She has coached at the 12s, 13s and 15s age divisions and has a broad perspective as a coach as she has previous experience as a club, high school and college player.   Her background allows her to address the specific needs of IPV athletes.  Impact Certified; CPR Certified
