IPV Player Analysis Program

The player “Analysis Program” is designed to evaluate and educate a volleyball athlete on his or her correct approach, footwork and arm swing biomechanics. The SoloSpike Player Analysis Program focuses on 12 Key Positions to make athletes more explosive, dynamic and more resistant to common volleyball injuries.  Understanding approach inefficiencies will put players in the optimal position to make positive changes to increase individual hitting percentage and get them recognized by college scouts.  Program includes one 1 1/2 hour analysis and training session. Get More Info...See Master Schedule...Register for Session
 

IPV Pre-Season Attack Program

 The “Pre-Season Attack Program” is designed as a refresher for players who have already completed level 2 of the Hitters Club. 

This program fine-tunes the 12 Key Positions which make an athlete more explosive, dynamic and more resistant to common volleyball injuries.  Training also continues development on game like power, speed, vertical and hitting biomechanics.  

SoloSpike coaches strive to help athletes develop muscle memory by a high level of good repetitions from isolated key positions.  Players will train in a small group environment under the direction of a Certified SoloSpike Instructor.  Training includes six – 1 1/4 hour training sessions. Level 1- IPV Hitters Club Mechanics Program 

 The IPV Hitter “Mechanics Program” is designed to identify, educate and develop proper key hitting biomechanics

The goal of this program is to develop kinetic awareness in the athletes teaching them how it feels to perform the skill correctly and then reinforcing that through repetition. Approaches are performed in a controlled environment using the SoloSpike SS2000, the latest in volleyball attack training and Dartfish video analysis technology. 

All athletes are supervised by a Certified SoloSpike Instructor to reinsure proper skill development and reinforce proper explosion, arm swing and landing mechanics to reduce chance of injury and create longevity in the sport. Level 2- IPV Hitters Club Development Program

 The IPV Development Program” is the second level of Hitters Club and is designed to take newly acquired hitting mechanics from level 1 and drive them into a player’s muscle memory. 

The goal of this program is to develop explosive, powerful and efficient hitting mechanics through repetitions performed correctly in a controlled environment from isolated positions.   To create this environment, programs utilize the SoloSpike SS2000, the top attack trainer in the country, and Dartfish video analysis technology, which allows the athlete the optimal training environment to excel. 

All athletes are supervised by a Certified SoloSpike Instructor to reinsure proper skill development and reinforce proper explosion, arm swing and landing mechanics to reduce chance of injury and create longevity in the sport.  The program includes eight - 1 1/4 hour training sessions.  The IPV Hitters Club "Elevation Program" is designed for players and programs looking to get a step ahead of their competition

This program focuses on developing game like speed, power, vertical and hitting biomechanics through high repetitions from isolated key positions.  SoloSpike programs are designed to make an athlete more efficient while putting them in the proper movement positions to reduce chance of injury.  

SoloSpike coaches strive to help players develop the skills necessary to put them in a better position to succeed.  Players will train in a small group environment under the direction of a Certified SoloSpike Instructor using the SoloSpike SS2000, and Dartfish video analysis technology.  Training includes eight - 1 1/4 hour training sessions.  ** this program is only offered during summer sessions

The IPV Hitters Club "Elite Program" is designed for players who want to further refine skills established during Hitters Club “Development and Elevation” programs on to the court. 

This program continues developing game like speed, power, vertical and hitting biomechanics using the SoloSpike SS2000 and Dartfish video analysis technology then repeats each set of protocols on the court with volleyball.  Court work provides more opportunities to enhance greater range of movement preceding an attack and passing is included to advance game-like development. 

SoloSpike coaches strive to help players develop the skills necessary to put them in a better position to succeed.  Players will train in a small group environment under the direction of a Certified SoloSpike Instructor.  Training includes six – 2 hour training sessions. Get More Info....Register for Session
