The IPV “Elevation Program” is the third level of Hitters Club and is designed around (8) 1 1/4-hour sessions for players and programs looking to get a step ahead of their competition.

This program focuses on developing game like speed, power, vertical and hitting biomechanics through high repetitions from isolated key positions. SoloSpike programs are designed to make an athlete more efficient while putting them in the proper movement positions to reduce chance of injury.
SoloSpike coaches strive to help players develop the skills necessary to put them in a better position to succeed. Players will train in a small group environment under the direction of a Certified SoloSpike Instructor.
Dartfish Video analysis software and the industries top attack trainer (SoloSpike SS2000) provide a testing and teaching environment that develops efficient and confident hitters. This program is appropriate for intermediate to advanced players. With years of proven results across the country, SoloSpike is changing the way to develop mechanically sound, fundamentally driven, peak conditioned volleyball athletes.
