The SoloSpike Mechanics Program is designed around (6) 1 1/4-hour sessions to identify, educate and to begin developing proper key hitting biomechanics.

The goal of this program is to develop kinetic awareness in the athletes teaching them how it feels to perform the skill correctly and then reinforcing that through repetition. Approaches are performed in a controlled environment using the SoloSpike SS2000, the latest in volleyball attack training and Dartfish video analysis technology.
All athletes are supervised by a Certified SoloSpike Instructor to reinsure proper skill development and reinforce proper explosion, arm swing and landing mechanics to reduce chance of injury and create longevity in the sport.
Dartfish Video analysis software and the industries top attack trainer (SoloSpike SS2000) provide a testing and teaching environment that develops efficient and confident hitters. This program is appropriate for beginning through advanced players. With years of proven results across the country, SoloSpike is changing the way to develop mechanically sound, fundamentally driven, peak conditioned volleyball athletes.
